The management has over 25 years experience in the art world and believes art is meant to be enjoyed by everyone. Each of our specialist artists was selected for the quality of their artwork, and their ability to demonstrate their area of artistic expertise to a particular style/genre or artist.

Our facility houses different areas for each studio which is dedicated to and specialises in a particular style or genre of art.

Our studios glow with natural and supplementary lighting. There are double-tube fluorescent fixtures with spectrum-balanced Lumichrome bulbs for early morning or night painting. The studios color scheme remains light and neutral to prevent polluting color decisions for painting.

Each studio is equipped with an entertainment center and depending on the artists mood their listening ranges from nature sound CDs, Gregorian Chants, classic or country to morning news or talk shows.

A reference wall is used in each studio which has the major source material that the artists use for the paintings in progress. There are large drawing boards at the bottom of each reference wall that have the plans for color mixing for each painting. There are bookcases full of reference material, instructional and reference art books and art history books.

Many of our artists also include some toys in their studios. Many of our highly experienced Studio Managers have visited the Disney World animation studios and noticed that all of the animators had their workstations full of music CDs and toys. They were impressed by how it created a playful and imaginative environment. They soon followed suit. It feels like play, rather than work, which envokes the deep inner passion that they all share for their specialist work of creating reproduction art with soul!
