Why are your artists specialists? All of our artists have a minimum of ten years experience in creating reproduction art and have all created well over five hundred paintings from a particular style. How long will it take to receive my painting? Most paintings are shipped and received within 10 to 14 days. However, some special orders may take a little longer. If you are placing a special order please confirm with your customer service representative for the shipping time.

Can I phone in my order? No, due to credit card security reasons all orders must be processed via the internet.

What if I want to return or exchange a painting? If for any reason you are not satisfied with a painting, you can return it to 1st Art Collection for a full refund.
What if I receive a damaged item? In the event your goods are damaged please contact DHL immediately and email us with the claim number they issue you. We will then immediately replace the painting for you or refund your account.
